In the heart of Auvergne, at 870 m high above sea level, between the lake Chambon and the volcanoes, the friendly-family campsite of the lac Chambon “Les Bombes “ welcome you and offer 150 campsite pitches with trees, ,16 wooden mobil log cabins, 3 mobile homes, 1 gypsy caravan for 2 people and 1 for 4 people, canvas chalet for 4 people, et 2 chalets toilés pour 5 personnes, 2 lodge tents with 3 bedrooms and 2 premium mobile homes with 3 bedrooms.
Campsite swimming pool and facilities
Take advantage of all the campsite’s facilities with family or friends
A heated swimming pool of 7m x 15m :
open from May to September, according to weather conditions (swimming shorts not allowed)
A heated paddling pool for children.
A solarium of 70 m² adjoining the swimming pool.
A snack bar / pizzeria : pizzas, Saint Nectaire fondue, truffade, various salads, french fries, grills, ice cream...
Open on May, June, September and long weekends, see opening days and hours at the reception.
Open every evening In July and August.
On request for groups during the week out of season.
Campsite entertainment
In order to preserve the calm at the campsite, we only organise during the summer one theme evening a week (music evening, magic show...).
Activities for children from 6 to 12 years old
Entertainment for children from 6 to 12 years old on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 10am to 12pm in July and August ( sports activities, manual activities, treasure hunt…)
Entertainments at Lac sur Chambon village
Enjoy every evenings a free entertainment at Lac sur Chambon ( next to the camping ) or on the edge of the lake Chambon (10 minutes walking from the campsite) : night market, African dance show, rock concert, storytelling, folklore ... etc
